What’s SERPs.com All About?

The SERPs (SP) software is a daily rank tracking and analytics tool for helping you monitor search engine results from Google and Yahoo on a larger scale.

If you’re finding it a struggle to discover the essential in-depth information you need for your website/blog when it comes to keyword research, tracking keywords, and analyzing the data – then ‘SP’ can be a big help.

After testing the tool out for myself, it really does give you some amazing insights into your site’s performance, in my opinion.

Who Will Mostly Benefit From it?

‘SP’ is ideal for static website owners and also bloggers who work from home or away.

In addition, SEO experts and also agencies can use the tool for helping their clients to become more profitable with their sites.

However, if you’re a newbie, then you may want to learn the basics of SEO before taking ‘SP’ for a spin, so you know how the features and metrics work.

What Training & Tools Can You Access?

When it comes to the training, you can access a knowledge base, there are topics written by the community for ideas, and there’s also a library of guides and “How To” articles on various SEO and marketing subjects.

SERPs Software Features

As for the tools and features, here’s what you get:

#1: The Dashboard

You can see all kinds of fun website data here.

There’s the option to compare your organic keyword data from today to the same day last week, compare your organic percentage change over the last 7 days, and see the percentage of non-paid traffic over the last 30 days.

Additionally, you can view the number of sites linking to yours, which is updated every month with the results delivered by MOZ.

To add the cherry on top, the domain authority of your site is also recorded and scored out of 100.

SERPs Dashboard Data

And if the glacier cherry still isn’t enough for your sweet tooth…

You can view your top 14 keywords in Google during the last 24 hours, actual visitors vs. predicted visitors during the last 30 days, top 5 visited pages over the past 30 days, and the number of organic visitors over a 90-day period.

#2: Keywords

I loved this feature because you’re able to track your keywords one-by-one or by the bulk load.

You simply enter multiple phrases at once, and your rankings can be checked nationally or use all locations on Google or Yahoo for desktop, mobile or tablet.

SERPs Keywords

The feature also allows you to upload CSV or Excel files up to a maximum of 5,000 phrases.

The results show the rankings that have moved up or down, phrases that stayed put, #1 page Google rankings, and also the number of keywords currently being tracked since the last rank position update.

#3: Links

This tool is pretty straightforward.

You enter the URL of your domain or an exact page URL (such as a blog post, and then hit the “Fetch” button to discover the number of social shares, page and domain authority, page speed, and also other websites linking back.

#4: Tests

Grab your laboratory coat, goggles, and gloves for testing like a mad scientist! LOL.

It’s an opportunity to have a chosen web page tested for different SEO events – title tags, free/paid images, media and press release links, meta descriptions, and image alt tags.

SERPs Tests Feature

Generally, it takes a few days for the software feature to gather the necessary data it needs for checking how the URL is performing and whether improvements need to be made.

#5: Pages

Track specific results for either starred or all the pages of your website within different time-frame options.

You’ll view daily traffic numbers, the percentage change in search engine visitors compared to 7 days ago, page authority, external links, websites linking in, LIKES on Facebook, +1’s on Google Plus, and estimated keyword referrals.

Do You Get Help & Support?

If you require help with the software, there’s a choice of:

  • Contacting support with a message
  • Leaving the community your feedback
  • Using the knowledge base
  • Making a phone call to the team
  • Or using the live chat option

So you certainly have a number of options. Personally, I think live chat is always the best one to pick because it’s just quick and easy.

How Much Does it Cost to Use?

The great thing about ‘SP’ is that it allows you to try it out for a good 30 days for free before having to part with a single cent.

Then you have 3 payment plans available, depending on your needs.

#1: Small Business = $49/month.

#2: Agency = $99/month.

#3: Enterprise = ?

For the third plan, you’ll need to contact the support team. But you can bet your sweet bippy it’s gonna cost an arm and a leg.

PROS vs CONS of ‘SP’

PROS

  • There’s a 30-day free trial
  • Uncover the necessary website SEO data you need
  • A valuable resource library of “How To” articles
  • Automatically import your Google Analytics data
  • Plenty of support options are available
  • Easily cancel your trial at any time

CONS

  • Your credit card details are required for the free trial
  • May not be practical for a novice

Final Take: Is SERPs Worth it?…

A Big Thumbs UpThe ‘SP’ software definitely gives you some invaluable insights into your website’s/blog’s performance in the Google and Yahoo search engines.

Overall, I think it’s a great tool to help you understand where improvements need to be made on your site for better rankings in the main search engines.

And the price point for the “Small Business” level is also reasonable, in my opinion.

However, if you have little experience in the field of Search Engine Optimization, then you’ll probably find SERPs metrics hard to grasp.

So if you’re a noob, then learn the basics of SEO first, so you can make the most of the software’s free trial.
