OK, enough motoring talk! 😛
Upon arrival on the sales page, it boldly claims ‘SRE’ is “the quickest way to make $1,800 every day“.
Followed by the video spokesman leading you to believe that you will be a millionaire within the next 12 months.
Say Whaaa?
Maybe the dummy needs to get re-educated because I’m pretty sure that $1,800 daily doesn’t equate to a million bucks in a year lol.
But how many times have you heard that hyped-up big bucks bullsh*t before, huh?
Anyways, according to the guy in the video, you’re gonna be shown how to use some “ancient secrets” to buy an item for a few bucks and then sell it for at least $100.
Simply put, this product revolves around the concept of eCommerce.
But before we get to the nuts n’ bolts of ‘SRE’ and also WHY becoming a millionaire in quick-time is far-fetched (from a “newbie” standpoint)…
3 Red Flags That Scream Out Like a Foghorn…
In addition to the money-making hype spewed out by the video narrator, there are some shady tactics deployed to manipulate the hell out of you.
So I urge you to bear this shadiness in mind before pulling out your credit card to make a purchase.
Let’s see how the wool’s being pulled over your eyes, yeah?
#1: Who’s Steven Jenkins When He’s at Home?…
The video spokesman claims to be “Steven Jenkins” (the brains behind ‘SRE’).
But take him with a pinch of salt because there’s not a single scrap of evidence to support his identity.
There’s no photo, no social media proof, no nothing.
You just have to take his word for it.
The only reason for this lack of transparency is so the REAL creator can shamelessly fob off newbies under the radar without being named and shamed online.
If their product is a real “life-changer”, then why does he or she hide behind a “pen name” and also a “spokesperson” (highly likely hired from Fiverr.com)?
Hmm…
#2: Is Steven’s Income Proof Even Genuine?…
Steven reckons that he’s personally generated almost $1.4 million during the last year from using the exact same method he’s about to expose.
The truth be told, his income screenshot is likely to be fabricated, since it’s so easy-peasy to do in this day and age of internet marketing once you learn how.
But if not, I’m sure some Fiverr seller would be more than happy to create fake proof for pennies on the dollar.
OK, let’s say the Steven’s proof is as real as the sky is blue.
He’s generated that income from peddling a bunch of his “too good to be true” products to a load of unsuspecting newbies, more than likely.
And uses that proof to create the illusion that ‘SRE’ really is some “magical method” making dreams happen.
#3: Technical Skills Aren’t Required (Allegedly)…
As with all far-fetched sales pitches, Steve claims you don’t need any technical skills with his method because it’s so beginner-friendly.
It’s so easy in fact, it requires very little effort on your part to reel in the megabucks.
Blah, blah, blah…
What a crock of sh*t.
Building a successful eCommerce business is no walk in the park, believe you me.
There are numerous moving parts that come into play for making money from eCommerce.
The same also applies to other money-making strategies, whether it’s affiliate marketing, MLM or ebaying, to name a few.
Unfortunately, Steven’s more interested in selling you “the dream” instead of going into great depth on the topic of eCommerce and the expenses you’re gonna incur for essential resources.
How Does The Silk Road Effect Work, Exactly?
When you buy into the product, the members’ area contains a bunch of training resources that cover the topic of eCommerce – following the path of a method called dropshipping.
Without boring you to death with all the ins and outs of dropshipping – you basically sell products through an online store, purchase those items from a third party, and they get shipped to the customers.
The great thing about this method is that you don’t actually stock the products yourself.
Inside the ‘SRE’ members’ area, the training’s divided into 7 sections:
- An Introduction To Ecommerce
- Creating Your Online Store
- Ecommerce Store Platforms
- Designing A Killer Store
- How To Generate More Sales
- Marketing Your Store
- Starting Your E-Store
Most of the training comes in the form of PDF, but with 10 videos (ranging from 2 to 10 minutes long each) also included.
However, just don’t get your hopes up because the training seriously falls short.
It’s just all outdated and generic type of stuff covering the tip of the eCommerce iceberg.
It’s totally inadequate for success, in my book.
You can easily find the same training for “free” online by doing Google and YouTube searches.
There, I just saved ya 9 bucks. 😉
Sadly, these cowboy ClickBetter product creators will throw together any old tat to get THEIR hands on your hard-earned spondoolies.

To gain entrance to the training dashboard is gonna cost $9.
And then to set up your own Shopify store (via Steven’s affiliate banner) will cost another $29 – $299/month.
But as with all ClickBetter products, there are also enticing upsells.
Inside ‘SRE’, these include:

Wrapping it up: Is The Silk Road Effect a Scam?…
Nothing would give me greater pleasure than labeling ‘SRE’ as a rotten scam, since the sales page pulls the wool over your eyes, the training’s crappy, and the creator entices you with rip off upsells.
But it’s only for the fact that ClickBetter refunds your 17 bucks, that I can’t call the product a total dud.
However, with that said, I do not recommend ‘SRE’ to a newbie in any way, shape or form, and deserves a huge thumbs down.
